Performance Analysis of Ammonia Converter in Ammonia Unit Factory

<p>An ammonia converter is a catalyzed reactor that facilitates the synthesis of NH<sub>3</sub> (ammonia) from hydrogen (H<sub>2</sub>) and nitrogen (N<sub>2</sub>). Several studies have shown performance this significantly influences operational efficiency productivity plants. Therefore, study aims to evaluate an by assessing effect operating conditions on reactant conversion reaction products using design actual data. The examined included temperature, pressure, ratio reactants, inert mole utilized during process. results showed highest yield 20.28% was achieved in data with 351.5<sup>o</sup>C 154.32 kg/cm<sup>2 </sup>pressure, 3.58 raw material ratio, 3.57% (sixth dataset). can be assessed moles, while pressure factor insignificant due dataset fluctuations. Based evaluation results, experienced decrease discrepancy existing between data.<strong></strong></p>
